Refund policy
At The Tee Drop, we want you to love your order. If there’s an issue, we’ll always try our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in original condition
- Have all original tags/packaging where applicable
- Be free from stains, odours, makeup marks, pet hair or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed items
As many of our products may be printed to order, please double-check sizing before purchasing.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
Once reviewed, we will offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- Or a refund where appropriate
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for faulty or incorrect items. If you need a different size, colour or product, please place a new order once your return is approved.
